
Eden Valley Biodynamic Farm, a 1295 hectare property in Dumbleyung which is situated at the southern end of the weat belt in Western Australia, is a Demeter certified farm owned by Dayle and Terri Lloyd. Dayle has practised biodynamic farming methods for 18 years and now with Terri, grows a variety of grains for milling and sprouting and produces wool, formulated animal fodder, hay, and eggs from hand-reared poultry.
Eden Valley from south WA has been practising ecologically sustainable agriculture since 1988, producing whole grains and flours free of genetic modifications, chemicals and synthetic fertilisers. Their range includes, bakers flour, wholemeal, self raising, rye and atta - a light flour perfect for making chapatis and other flat breads.
Eden Valley is a local company producing biodynamic flour of exceptional quality for a broad range of applications.
