Premium Bakers Flour - White

Self-raising Cake and Biscuit Flour

Soft biscuit wheat is used for this stone milled unbleached delicious, light flour made especially for use in cake and biscuits. The raising agents used in this product are aluminium free. Available in 1 & 12.5 kg bags.

This flour is made from a unique barley variety that sheds its hull at harvest forgoing the need for pearling and allowing the vitamin rich aleurone bran to remain intact. Available in 12.5 kg bags.

Triticale Flour

Nutty flavoured unbleached, stone ground flour combining the best qualities of whole rye and wheat grains. Suitable for all-purpose baking. (When available) 12.5 kg bags

Made from the coarsely ground heart of the hard Durum wheat grain. Used in making pasta and breakfast cereal.

Certified Pig Feed Pellet

Certified Biodymanic Pig Feed Pellet is specially formulated with a balance of biodynamic grains, natural minerals and protein for free-ranging pigs. Available in 20 kg and 1000 kg bags.

Certified Grower Crumble For Pullets

Formulated as a balanced feed supplement using Demeter certified grains for free-ranging pullets from 6 weeks to 17 weeks of age that have access to pasture, clean fresh water and a free choice calcium source e.g. limestone or shell grit.  Allow approx 40 gms poultry crumble/bird/day at 6 weeks to 85 gms/bird/day at 17 weeks.

Certified Livestock Pellets

An animal nutritionist has formulated Eden Valley livestock pellets with concentrated high-energy levels and moderate protein levels for adult ruminant animals such as sheep, cattle, alpacas and goats.

This is a natural product and does not contain any restricted animal material. 

The pellets are made from 100 % Demeter certified biodynamic cereal grains consisting of wheat, oats, rye, barley, triticale, bran and pollard.  Natural minerals of salt, gypsum, lime, bentonite, sodium bicarbonate and di-calcium phosphate are added to a nutritionally balanced formula.  Pellet composition will vary slightly from batch to batch depending on the availability of Demeter certified grains.

Currently the pellets have a digestible dry matter of 83%, ME 12.1 MJ/kg, ADF 7% and crude protein of 11.3 %.

Available in 20 kg, 500 kg or 1000 kg bags.

Please note

Offer pellets to livestock over a four-week period, gradually increasing the percentage of pellets, allowing the animal time to adjust to the new feed source.

The pellets are high in energy and MUST be fed to ruminant animals with a quality fibre source such as hat, mature green pasture or straw.

Provide good, clean water for animals.

Allow for a daily feed intake of around 3 % body weight of animal.

Weed seeds that may be present in feed grains are made infertile in the processinbg of the livestock pellets.

Pellets are processed to export standards.

Certified Layer Crumble For Hens

Formulated as a balanced feed supplement using Demeter certified grains for free-range laying hens (from 17 weeks of age to end of lay) that have access to pasture, clean fresh water and a free choice calcium source e.g. limestone or shell grit. Allow approximately 100 gm poultry crumble/day/bird.
