Ingredients

  • 500 g softened, salted butter
  • 395g tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 cups Eden Valley Self-Raising Cake and Biscuit Flour
  • 2 packets chocolate chips OR 1 cup chopped almonds and 1 cup chopped sliced cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
  2. Cream butter and sugar
  3. Stir in flour
  4. Add the chocolate chips or cherries and almonds
  5. Roll teaspoons of mix in hand and place on greased oven tray
  6. Squash with fork
  7. Bake for 11 minutes or until lightly browned
